Crockpot BBQ Chicken InstructionsIngredients:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
- ½ cup gluten-free BBQ sauce (no oils, sugars, or gluten)
- Optional: ¼ cup water or chicken broth for moisture
Instructions:
- Place chicken breasts in your crockpot.
- Pour BBQ sauce (and water or broth, if using) over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on:
- Low for 6–7 hours, or
- High for 3–4 hours
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the crockpot and let it soak in the juices.
