  • 1 lb ground sirloin
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2–3 ribs celery, diced
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cooked white or brown rice (optional)
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 capful of plant-derived minerals
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Brown the beef:
    In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground sirloin until browned. Break it apart as it cooks--no oil needed!
  2. Add veggies:

  3. Season:
    Sprinkle in sea salt, black pepper, and (if desired) a dash of garlic or paprika.
  4. Cream it up:

  5. Optional rice:
