🥩 Zesty Herb-Crusted Steak Bites with
Cool Avocado Slaw

Ingredients
For the steak bites:
✅ 1 lb grass-fed steak (sirloin or ribeye works great), cut into bite-sized cubes
✅ 2 cloves garlic, minced
✅ 1 tsp sea salt
✅ ½ tsp cracked black pepper
✅ 1 tsp smoked paprika
✅ 1 tsp onion powder
✅ 1 tsp dried thyme
For the slaw:
✅ 2 cups shredded green cabbage
✅ 1 cup shredded carrot
✅ ½ avocado, mashed
✅ Juice of ½ lemon
✅ Pinch of sea salt
✅ Splash (½ tsp) Plant Derived Minerals mixed into the lemon juice before tossing
👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Prep the steak:
In a bowl, toss steak cubes with garlic, sea salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder & thyme. Let sit for 10 minutes while you prep the slaw.
2️⃣ Make the slaw:
In another bowl, mix cabbage & carrots. In a small cup, mash avocado with lemon juice + Plant Derived Minerals + sea salt. Stir this creamy green dressing into the slaw until everything is coated.
3️⃣ Sear the steak bites:
Heat a heavy pan (cast iron if you have it) over medium-high. When hot, add the steak bites in a single layer. Sear for about 2 min per side until beautifully browned & slightly pink inside.
4️⃣ Serve:
Pile the zesty steak bites onto a plate next to a generous scoop of the avocado slaw.
